The HD Series Air Curtain Destructors© are based on the popular CP2000T that Concept Products Corporation has been producing since 1985. The HD Series, which is available in four model configurations and 3 air nozzle sizes, produces the same high air speeds and high air volumes that make the CP2000T the most efficient and widely used air sealed incinerator in the world. Despite the larger size, the HD Series is still easy to transport to the site and sets up quickly and easily. To set up the CP2400HD, the 24' continuous air nozzle indexes into position on 3 heavy duty hinges just like the CP2000T. Setting up the CP3200HD and the CP4000HD is just as simple. For the 32 foot unit, after indexing the 24' section of continuous air nozzle into position an 8' section mounted on a continuous hinge swings into place. The CP4000HD sets up in the same way as the CP3200HD except with another 8' section, which is transported and stored on top of the main air tube, bolting onto the opposite end of the continuous air nozzle from the hinged 8' section.

Unique Design

• Easy one man operation, sets-up in minutes (some bolting and lifting required)
• The ACD's specially designed and unique blower generates higher air speeds (up to 110 mph), at very low RPM's providing increased bearing life and noise reduction. Our blower is more efficient that propeller-type fans. The ACD's blower is able to produce greater static pressure and air volume with lower horse power. This results in greater fuel economy.
• The ACD's engine is protected from the fire by being behind the blower unit. The engine, battery and fuel tank are protected from vandals with a lockable heavy steel enclosure
